It's crazy
The McDonald's at 16th and Broadway has a computer that takes your order. I've used it quite a bit and they have never got the order correct. Now they tell me that when the automated voice comes on you have to ask for a human.
It's nothing short of an inconvenience.

It was such a pain. Pulled up to pay and had to redo my entire order. Worker was just as frustrated as I was and said it'd been that way since inception.
