Ok I have been using this redemption center - exclusively - since I moved to Sioux City in 2007. I buy the clear bags by the roll - I don't remember how much a roll costs, but I have that box the bags fit into, for me this is the easiest way. I very rarely have glass bottles - beer or liquer; I probably might have glass to take in once every year to 1.5 years. Today I had glass beer bottles and liquor bottles. I had 12 beer bottles and about 10 Iowa liquor bottles and maybe six no- Iowa bottles and one full clear bag full of cans. I walk in and ask if they accepted non-Iowa bottles just for recycle, the female said no. Ok, i would take them to the recycle bins. I bought my clear bag of cans in and the glass in a box and the female employee stated I need to put glass in beer boxes. I started to put the 12 beer bottles in that beer box (they were already in the 6 pack carrier). At this time she told me to move my car. I reied I only have a five liquor bottles left to place
I have never did this before but do you get paid for bring the cans to this place
If u crush them u dont get as much because ur filling a can bag
