I have only had Dim Sum in Portland - is this a true Dim Sum - with the carts and all the different dumplings? If so - is there a specific time of day or day of the week that you serve dim sum?

Order off the menu only but the food is decent and they have a good selection of dim sum to choose from.

No it is not true Dim Sum. You order from the menu and they bring out only selected items.
