Is Dollar General Belhaven planning on reopening? Front of the store had a big ugly hand painted sign saying "CLOSED" but nothing further, such as a note saying if they were planning on reopening; or closing forever. No outgoing phone mssg either.

I think that it will take a while for FEMA to reach all the people and stores for disaster relief. I just hope and pray that they help everyone to find places to stay and all the things that was lost to restore them. Let the stores wait after they help them.
