Why is it so hard for yall to answer a phone. Like for real whats so hard about it? The phone rings you pick it up and say "hello" ik yall know how to use phones every time ive ever been there yall nose deep in your phones.......

This department has two workers that all they do all day is answer phones for three counties. Unfortunately, our phone systems are older than dirt and instead of keeping callers in a queue so they can all be helped in the order they called, the system makes them leave a voicemail which it usually then proceeds to delete. The administration is not currently interested in updating outdated technology in small offices such as this one. Please contact your local representative if you would like to see more funding go to DHS so they can properly do their jobs.

Why can't you return a phone call? I have been calling for month too try to get an answer to important questions and no one can return a call. I stop in and am told someone will call me but they don't. Come on and call please.

Per your review of the public aide office everytime you go in they are nose deep in their phones... Sounds like it's just luck of the draw who gets through due to their workload..
