Yes, the Women and Infants Center at HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital delivers bundles of joy each and every day. All rooms are private and there are many amenities available including two c-section rooms, personalized pain management programs such as nitrous oxide program and anesthesia in the unit 24/7, lactation support, a Newborn Nursery and an Intermediate Care Nursery staffed by SSM Health Cardinal Glennon pediatricians to care for preemies as young as 32 weeks.
