What is your definition of cheap? How long has the individual been riding? What is the frame and body posture of the intended rider? Is the only purpose for the motorcycle for off road riding? Has the rider taken any rider safety programs? What is the rider's current Illinois licensing level? M? L? Any driving restrictions?
