I went before to get blood work some nice people it didn't hurt when the needle went in i was maybe 10 if not 8 to 12

Sorry you had a bad experience. I've been there several times as a patient and with my mom. Wasn't always pleasant but they always did a good job. They took great care of my mom at the end.
