Yes, I seen one 2 days ago. They sell everything for a home that is in decent shape that they can resell. When you think you want or need something head over there at least every other week. I have found some beautiful countertops and light fixtures over the past 6 years.
This is a small store. The one that I visited in Florida had everything from sinks to hotel furniture.

No they wouldn't sell hot water heater because if the water is hot, it wouldn't need heated
