Hours vary over the year. Check here for up to date information: https://www.spurlock.illinois.edu/visit/ . Admission is free, a small donation is appreciated. There are two levels, with an elevator available. There is limited museum parking on the south side. Street parking is available, but not free.
This is not an art museum, but an ethnographic museum. But there are some beautiful items on display, as well as occasional concerts and films. No admission fee except for rare special events. Donation box near entrance. Exhibits on 2 levels, but there is a very large, accommodating elevator. Its location may not be obvious, ask for it. For hours pls check their website or call them. I am just a frequent, happy patron.
