Our rent is based on size of booth and the location of each booth. We have various sizes and amenities to accomodate any vendor. We do have a 6 month contract, and sometimes unfortunately, there are those that wish to not honor their obligations. Certainly we honor ours, which is why we have Policy and Procedures Guidelines. And as always, if there are extenuating circumstances, we do our best to work with you. I wouldnt rent a booth there. My parents did and werent making any big sells so they wanted to leave no where in the contract did it say anything about a fee if you broke the lease obviously yes they had to pay the rest of the rent since they couldnt move their stuff for two weeks and they did and then the owners started making up charges and my parents had to call the police to ask for help. They never came down but they were worried theyd try and keep our stuff. They even tried to keep 50 bucks from the stuff my parents did sell. They finally gave it to them and then just a month ago keep in mind this happen 5 months ago. They got a letter saying they basically wanted the 50 bucks back
