I think its a mile or so but theres also trails along the river that are beautiful. Theres also a track.
Honestly I don't know how long the trail runs but maps are posted as well as quarter mile markers. There are about two or three paved trails that merge into each other, there are short grassy routes, and benches are available along the way if you want to take a rest. I typically walk an hour or more and there's still plenty of trail to go. It's been awhile since I've been but I think I usually walked about 1.5 miles one way and then back. BTW bikes and skates are also permitted on paved trails.
