Usually there are refurbished and preowned systems at any gamestops. Though, a newer version of the Xbox one is coming out I believe so if you wait prices may drop again.

Usually they have a cheap deal on used Xbox one's, considering it's been out for a few years. Right now most gamestops are selling refurbished bundles for $219.99 on sale from $239.99. Comes with 2 games and a controller.
