Depends on what the concern is; if you work there you can just walk in to the office, if you don't & it's a package issue, contact your Amazon account shipper, if it's a Karen thing just relax, I'm sure they didn't do it on purpose, if it's a safety thing, contact the amazon safety department & get the truck/van number along with the license plate.
