Reach out to a manager at your local store. Or ask someone next time you may be in Wal Mart
Walmart cuts labor costs starting with the greeters. Then they spread their employees thin and make them work harder by giving them tasks that must be completed before they leave. I have seen the GM, Rick Hall, at the Walmart Supercenter in Williamston,NC, sweeping the floor. The mgmt is given a certain amount of labor costs in which to do all that is required. If they go over the set costs then their bonuses, etc. get cut. When he is short on hours, but long on labor, then Rick Hall does what the GM is supposed to do, make it work. Complaining isn't going to change their number one goal of maximizing profits. It would be nice if their customer oriented service soared so high, but it doesn't. So I get over it by going somewhere else.
If talking to an assistant manager or store manager doesn't work see of you can find out who their district manager is and complain to them. Also filling out the survey on your receipt affects their bounses and you can call 1800 Walmart of everything else fails but that is usually useless.
