Why Nobody ever answer the phone?😒

I don't have any idea why they don't answer the phone. I have had that trouble too from time to time. It's hit and miss to get someone in the right department to answer. My advice is to just go to the store and ask someone in person whatever you need to know once you get there.

A large portion of the staff there seem to be lazy. It's one of the worst Wal-Marts I've ever been to.
