Wow? What happened? They do get crowded at certain pick up times - but doesn't every decent pizza place on Friday and Saturday nights? But they've never screwed up my order.
The pizza is awesome, but I think They are a bit of a victim of their own success. They are always so packed, especially for pickup, that it always seems chaotic.
Hmmm. Sorry to read this. My first meal with them was in 1976, most recent was a few weeks ago. I'm sure they are human though. You are obviously disappointed in them, but I haven't been fooled twice yet, maybe you could talk to a manager in person and get satisfaction.

I love Little Italian! The food is delicious, and the staff is wonderful. I try to go here at least 2-3 times per month.
