Does it matter if one does not speak English? What hours do they have to work?

Does matter at all working hours are 5am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday for first shift and 5am to 5.30pm Friday to Sunday for week end shift

I would say yes it probably does matter I'm not trying to be mean but chances are if you want a job in usa you will have to learn at least some english
