Good morning Petria! Annie nailed the response, but we'll chime in too. All of our classes are accessible to any person, regardless of their level of experience. However, we always recommend a new student begin with trying out our regular Modo class. It's a Hatha based sequence where you hold poses for 30-45 seconds on each side. Our instructors cue for alignment to help you understand where your body needs to go, and are taught to cue modifications for all different body types. The sequence is meant to strengthen, and at the same time restore the body through linking the movement with the breath. We hope this helps, and we hope to see you at the studio soon. - Chad
