We are the grandparents. Our 13 year old grandson wants to go racing for his birthday. Will there be other racers there to compete with him? Do we need some kind of parental permission form?

I think he will love it! And, yes, he will most likely be on the track at the same time as other drivers, but it is totally safe. You or a gaurdian will have to sign a release for him to participate, but that shouldn't be an issue. I've takeny grandson there & I've signed the release for him to participate. I hope your grandson enjoys it as much as mine has!
