I know that certain freestanding chain stores "pay" for a service of a pickup truck equipped with a large vacuum system in the trucks bed will pass through their parking lots typically around 03:00 to remove the intentional and unintentional waste. I will inquire of that cost and bring it back to you. If the property owner has enough pride, they will probably intervene without any governmental involvement. Co$t will play a roll as well.

All business needs to give so much money each month to the owner of the property to pay someone to drive a golf cart every morning an through out the day to keep the grounds clean. The owner of the property needs to buy the gplf cart.

I think contact the owners who own the property this can be done looking up court show pay local government

Didnt use to be like that.... Maybe notify the city

Maybe there could be a Facebook Group created called Cleaning Up Northern Lights. Everyone could organize schedules to go and pick up trash.

I have notice a lot of litter lately and I too am wondering why there's any clean up at night or something.
