Get an appointment in behavioral health. They have pschologists and social workers to listen to you, give you resources, make suggestions. They can evaluate your child and assess their needs, and you and your family's needs.
If you can't get an appointment with the behavioral clinic, you can always ask to speak with someone from ACR (Acute Crisis Response) in the ER. They can go over other options with you.
Find out what is causing it then fix the cause
