I go once a month and have the fried fish, okra and salad - thats it everytime I go. The fish is ALWAYS COLD!! So one time I told my server the fish was cold and could they put it in the microwave for a minute? She said "we don't have a microwave, but I'll go ask them to make some FRESH for you!" Minutes later she brought me fresh hot fish AND okra!! The servers have ALWAYS been lovely to me!🥰🤷🏽
The employees we came across were very nice and helpful, food was good and hot 🔥 on last Sunday when we were there.
Happend to me and my family too but I know it was due to not being busy and food was just sitting there, once it got busy food got better
Many times, customers are barely warm and friendly. Customers can be rude, demanding, and unrealistically expect restaurant staff to cheer them up. It's exhausting dealing with NEEDY customers. I am a regular at the GC.
We noticed that as well. After we complained about it all fresh food was put out asap and we just stayed away from employees
