My car is fine with a weekly wash, however with 3 boys under 5, my backseat looks like a goldfish cracker cemetery. Do I have to buy a car wash to use the free vacuums or can I just zip in, vacuum the kids latest spill, and zip out?

The signs tend to say you need to buy a wash, but it's just the norm to allow free vacuums even if you never get a wash
