Good luck with the employees at that Wendy's. They have a handful of workers that actually care and are polite. The rest of them don't care about anything and you're not going to get your money back more than likely.
I have been there several times when they tell me it is cash only. I had to leave as they wouldn't take my credit card.
I called the store more times than I can count, they don't answer their phones. I tried going through the customer service line and I'm getting no results.
Did u call the restaurant back to let them know?
