I would say that their level of help with various installations varies from location to location. Best bet is to call the store your planning on attending and ask them.
They will help with basic repairs like a new battery. Headlights vary from car to car. Some are very simple but many now require removing a bumper to rrplace the bulb. Best bet would be to call first. Good luck.
