I've gotten overpaid before and I'm sure I was underpaid too. Its the nature of quick bulk can return. I feel like I get a fair amount of money in return for the cans I bring, if your worried, use the machines for returns.
I used the redemption business on Kenmore Ave and the lady counted each recyclable and wrote the count in 100 increments. HERTEL did not count, but advertises the advantage to bringing the items to their business is they count and sort. Hertel claimed there was 349 items when actually there was 700. Hertel was rude and angry when I disagreed with their count. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!
Sometimes if u cant trust their count u can do it yourself ive had experiences where i got overpaid...just count along the oldest method ever
