There are adoption days but they don't "sell" cats. You can find some wonderful pets available for adoption at NYC Animal Care and Control on E 110th Street and 1st Ave.

Yes they do if they has some and also you could go to ASPCA in Manhattan and adopt there also and also you help with your Donation
No they don't sell kittens, you can look up when there having adoptions for kittens...But I'm wondering why don't you go to one of the animal shelters...there are thousands of beautiful dogs, cats, puppies and kittens waiting for a loving home and at a shelter the kitten will receive all their shots before you adopt
