I've noticed a lot of stores are like that. Maybe it should be false advertisement, and they would be forced to close at the same time the sign says!
Google updates store hours. 9PM would be most stores winter hours. Usually after May 1, they switch back to 10pm summer hours. Again, generally speaking 99% of business's info and hours are updated by Google.
