I swear, give me a decent salary, they would make way more money, and every customer would literally be happy. I have the experience, and I never had a single customer in 7 years leave a bad review or complaint that was resolved exactly how it was supposed to be. I know it's not hard, I've done it... And succeeded...
Went for a large fries and they gave a small and hard as concert. Went inside with my receipt that said large and they just emptied the small in a large container and placed them back in the bag. I asked for a manager and he went got the manager and I told her to refund my 2.55
It truly is horrible. We just had to take a 20 pc nugget back because they were literally hard as a rock and for my two small children. The place is under new management however and she is trying to get it running better. I hope she can because right now it's terrible. And their ice coffee will make you gag.
