Do you have to plan ahead or can you just show up and get married immediately? Do you have to have a witness?

You can just show up as long as you have a Tennessee marriage license. Best to call ahead though to take full advantage of all that they have. You do not need a witness, they have plenty of staff on hand that can witness.
