The lady at the phone is indeed curt. But patrons also need to understand the category of the service. This is not fine dining; this is a take out joint. Their focus is on cheap, quick and still tasty food. They excel at this core feature. Having said that, not being courteous with customers is a surefire way of losing customers even if their product is great. Hope the management is listening. The guy who picks up is normally very nice.
My order waiting ready to be picked up and promptly located even though I was late and had forgotten the order number.
You must be happy that she responded, most of the time she doesn't even bother to respond about queries or complaints!!!!
All are not same! I had great customer service experience in Indian Restaurants!
