Is there a limit on how many times you can go a month/ year? I read 2x’s a week can I go 2x’s a week for a while year? Or is there another limit? Thank you!

No more than two times in 7 days that's the limit- I go Tuesdays and Thursdays so the earliest I can go back would be Tuesday

Just Keep in mind that week is 7 days, not a calendar week per say. If you go on Tuesday and Saturday, you can't then go Monday and Wednesday the following week. When you finish your donation they should tell you the next day you're eligible to donate.

If you plan on being a frequent donor, do yourself a HUGE favor and get some tea tree oil. It'll help with scar tissue.
