Short answer: No. More over: You cannot donate with "csl plasma" at 17 or under. A parent's consent will not make a difference. You must be at least 18 yrs old to donate plasma at any csl plasma center. Anyone in good health, between the ages of 18-75, who weighs at least 110 pounds, has no tattoos or piercings within the last 4 months, meets the eligibility and screening requirements, and has valid identification and a permanent address.
