The toilet leaks at the Base can be stopped by them easily. They will first tighten the t-bolts and then change the wax ring. I know this from my experience with them and assure you that they will make it stop in no time.
The wax seal is probably in need of replacement. We will uninstall the toilet and reset it with a new seal.
