There are more straight people there than gay people. I see a lot of service industry people there. Everybody is extremely friendly regardless. Plus you rarely wait for a drink. Diego keeps the place spotless. It doesn't matter how busy it is the bathrooms are clean, and the tables are always cleared and wiped off.
