I've heard these apartments are for the elderly..but the sign says equal opportunity housing, so my question is do try really only right to elderly ?

No. U have to be disable or elderly. Plus get on the waiting list.

Pulaski Village Apartments provides low income housing to the elderly, age 62 and over, and to the disabled or handicapped, age 18 and over but I believe there is a waiting list I'd call the office for more info about them
