Call 1800 walmart and report it. They really do listen

I work at Walmart and if you've never worked retail it's hard to understand how busy the service desk can get and Corporate won't hire enough people to really run the store.Or no one wants to work there because you can't live on 20-25 hrs a week. Just remember..we're human too and unless you're God you aren't perfect either. And don't be hateful to us when we do answer or Yes I will hang up on you and help a civil customer.

I've had the same problem. I always have to call at least 5 times before anybody will get me through to where i need to go.
