I'm sure he does. When i was there a few weeks ago, a petco employee brought in a chinchilla to be checked.
To my knowledge Dr. cataldi treats exotic animals which would include Birds although I have never seen one there I know someone that used to bring the largest Iguana Alive to him in the Tri State area
