I couldn't see any access to restrooms on the photographs taken inside. Are the restrooms even wheelchair accessible? Or just the entrance?

The restrooms are NOT wheelchair accessible. There's a step down before you get there. With man's help it would be possible.

I recall there being a short step down as well. It seems like it was maybe six inches or so.
