Outside vendors are there both days on the weekend, but as some other people had already said if it's a rainy day you will see a lot less outside vendors of course...
Both days some come out in rain not many it's a hit or miss when it's bad weather.
Saturday an sunday weather permitting as long as its at least sunny out. Their will be vendors outside of the berlin farmers market on the weekends
