There are not supposed to be bikes on the boardwalks however there are lots of places to ride your bike.

Yes, There are bikes throughout the boardwalk. The walk is wide enough and you just need to respect the walkers. I saw many that would lock their bikes up and walk as the walk isn't very long to start with.
No bikes on Marshwalk. The bike path goes down bus 17 in front of the Marshwalk to the state park.

I dont think bikes are allowed. It is a narrow boardwalk.
