I was unable to get an answer about how to handle this other than call customer service. I know that isn't helpful, but it was the only answer I was given.
They will ship a new package to the customer that didnt get it

I know the address is up my street and plan to get the package to them myself. We have Huge #s on our mailboxes. Makes me worry about my own packages
I did all they said was we are sorry and hung up
