They didn't used to. Best thing to do is call them and ask. Then you'll know for sure you are getting a true answer. By the way, atmosphere is the best! Try the crab cake appetizer. It's not really MD style but it comes close
I don't think they take reservations.... wait time varies depending on when you go but it's worth the wait
