Why is this McDonald's the worst ??? I hate going to this store! Please fire everyone and get brand new people in there that know what their doing. They make my food wrong all the time. I sit in line for 20-30 min. This store NEEDS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are very busy all the time. Most times the wait is 15 minutes or more. I try the one by oglethorpe mall.

Please realize this may be one of the busiest McDonald's in all of Savannah, so yes, there may be a little more of a wait time then other stores, and other establishments, but it wouldn't be so busy, if it weren't so good. I went inside, only waited 7 minutes from the time I entered to leaving with my food. However, during my wait, I was witness to the doors being sanitized as I walked in, and the tables as well. I appreciate the cleanliness and safety of people's health, so if I have to wait a little longer because they choose to have employees sanitizing, then I am happy with this. To go as far to say, "Fire everyone," is beyond belief. I apologize for your wait, as I mentioned, cleanliness is next to Godliness, and if I have to wait a little longer, I appreciate it. Thank you and keep up the great work you do, serving thousands of customers.
