I have seen tour bus parked in the Cochran Walmart parking lot. I am sure you can.
It is a very small parking lot so, if it can be avoided it would be the safest bet. But, if it isn't avoidable I'm pretty sure you can.

Are you talking extended time or just while you shop? If it is just the time while you shop then yes you can pull one in there provided you can pull it back out. As far as an extended period i do not believe that is permissible.
