Hello, we do have tuna, hamachi, salmon, and more selection of sushi grade fish. All of our fishes comes in fresh, we cut them and store in the freezer. It usually takes about two to three hours to defrost them.
I think they do but it may be frozen. Call them!

I don't think they have fresh fish but I do think they have frozen items. I don't know if that's acceptable for sushi.
