Left side is buffet and waitress brings drinks. Right side you walk in place order and they give you a pager for when ready. You get own drink. Its sit down to. They also have drive thru. Food is great on either side
This Bessinger's has 3 ways: 1. Drive thru, 2. Right side is you walk in and place order and have a seat. Last time I was in your were paged that order is ready for pickup. Drinks are self serve. 3. Buffet type sitting. Serve yourself and and waitress keeps drinks full. Suggest you call on day & times of buffet.
I worked there for a number of years. The right hand side is refered to as the sandwich shop but has sooo much more. Its basically old country dining. You get your food at the counter and have a seat, they have a self serve drink station. On the left hand side is a country buffet on i believe Thursday - Sunday google the exact times as im not positive. They also have specials each night to accompany the pulled pork bbq, hash (BEST HASH EVER !!!! ) mac and cheese, salads, all the fixens. Then there is dessert... Banana Pudding it is unamerician not to have banana pudding after BBQ!!! make sure and take some extra time and read all the history of T, Tommy and Michael Bessengers family and how it all started!
You can eat buffet on one side of restaurant or order meal or al carte at counter and they call your number when ready. Self serve drinks. Comfortable atmosphere. Also has a drive through.
At the sandwich shop, you approach the register area, place your order, pay the cashier, receive a buzzer, and when your food is ready, your buzzer will begin to make noise and vibrate. At the buffet, a server will greet you and take your drink order, you sit wherever you'd like, and you pay the cashier on the way out.

As Beth Hayes said, there are 2 different entrances to the restaurant. One entrance is for all you can eat buffet. The other entrance you order at the counter, they give you a pager and page you when the order is ready. Plus you have a drive thru as well.
