They seem to not of people working
If it is a Saturday then it is because they are super busy lol.
Because sometimes they don't hang it up. I've tried calling then went on to the store and asked,Why had the Phone been busy for over 45 mins. The one in the back didn't get hung up. They were busy stocking and thought they turned it off but hit the wrong button.
Maybe cuz your calling a public store that stays busy
