Tonight I would say inside.
I think the factors of temperature and business come into play. While outside is definately beautiful , how packed it is and humidity may play against the romantic feeling. Decision decisions. Either way you'll enjoy
I think inside is always more romantic. Outside feels more casual - not as special.
I don't be there until sep 5th. Hopefully it will cool down
